Are you ready to grow your career with a highly respected, established brand name manufacturer? We’re looking for a Process Engineer to join our Indianapolis-based team and play a key role in driving production performance, improving yield, and reducing losses. This is a 1st shift role (6:30AM–3:30PM) with some flexibility needed to support key projects. Must-Haves:
BS in Engineering (Chemical, Food, Biological, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial)
1–2 years of experience in a Process Engineering role
Strong analytical skills with a passion for continuous improvement
Willingness to work cross-functionally and support hands-on trial efforts
What You’ll Be Doing:
Own and optimize manufacturing metrics like efficiency , yield , and Daily Management Systems
Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of production losses
Serve as the plant liaison to R&D , conducting trials and translating findings into actionable plant recommendations
Partner with Engineering to implement new technologies and performance-based specifications
Develop and train production procedures to support plant standardization and improvement
Provide technical leadership for cross-functional projects and initiatives
