Were seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Process Engineer to join our team in Bowling Green, KY. This position supports engine assembly operations by troubleshooting, improving throughput, and analyzing test processes to ensure world-class performance and product quality.

What Youll Do as a Process Engineer:

Analyze engine test process data to detect build defects and improve throughput

Monitor and adjust equipment performance across multiple assembly lines

Troubleshoot issues using Bauer Test Systems, Cincinnati Test Systems, Uson Leak Testers, and Marposs Gage

Program and evaluate torque controllers using Atlas Copco systems

Respond to equipment downtime or performance issues in real-time

Design tooling for production improvement initiatives

Maintain and update Process Control Plans and PFMEA

Coordinate spare parts ordering and equipment maintenance

Direct UAW hourly personnel on process and equipment adjustments

Attend team meetings, evaluate defects and downtime, and implement continuous improvement solutions

Make judgment calls on engine test failures and determine next steps (e.g., teardown, repair, or approval)

Requirements for the Process Engineer Role:

Bachelor's Degree required

Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Hands-on engine testing experience, especially with Bauer Test Systems

Proficiency with Atlas Copco torque programming and analysis

Solid 3D modeling/design skills

Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities

Ability to respond quickly and effectively to production issues
