PPE Required - Hard Hat, Safety Boots, Vest In this role, the Field Service Engineer will be responsible for providing on-site technical and operational expertise in the design, development, installation, and commissioning of industrial process and wastewater treatment systems. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the successful deployment and performance of advanced water treatment solutions for our industrial clients. What You’ll Do In this role, the Field Service Engineer will be responsible for providing on-site technical and operational expertise in the design, development, installation, and commissioning of industrial process and wastewater treatment systems. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the successful deployment and performance of advanced water treatment solutions for our industrial clients Troubleshoot and resolve complex system and equipment issues. Conduct site surveys and support installation planning. Lead maintenance and calibration of tools and test equipment. Train customers and junior technicians on system operations. Document site activities and system performance. Travel to domestic and international project sites (up to 85%) What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience with specified equipment. Strong knowledge of pumps, valves, process piping, and electrical systems. PLC programming experience (Allen Bradley, Siemens). Project leadership or management experience. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform physical tasks. Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual (Spanish or other languages). Familiarity with hazardous materials and safety protocols. Experience reading schematics, P&IDs, and technical drawings. Understanding of process chemistry and analytical instrumentation. Comfortable working with low-voltage systems (24VDC to 480VAC).
