Base pay range $225,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr I am working with a Series A funded ClimaTech business looking for a Principle Engineer reporting directly into the founder. You will lead the technical team, while remaining hands on form an engineering perspective and drive the development of all AI-powered applications in the climate finance space. You will have: 10+ years of experience in full-stack web development and AI/ML engineering. Proven track record of building and leading engineering teams, specifically within the start up space Wealth of experience building RAG models Deep understanding of large language model APIs, prompt engineering, and LLM workflow design. Experience with modern web stacks and frameworks (React, Node, or similar) and API development. Strong system design and architecture skills.
