As a Principal Full Stack Engineer, you will be a seasoned technical problem-solver focusing on building scalable software that can evolve with new features. What You'll Do Collaborate with Product Management and Development teams on technical design and problem-solving Own all aspects of feature implementation from design to deployment and support Break down complex problems into potential solutions efficiently Mentor and guide engineers at all levels Define and promote best practices and coding standards Review code from engineers of all levels Requirements 12+ years of software development experience Proven experience building high-volume, scalable products Hands-on experience with technologies like Java, Spring, MySQL, Hibernate, Gradle, Git, Jenkins, and others Drive and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment Strong mentoring skills Legal right to work in the US; no sponsorship provided Located in PST or MST time zones Nice to Have Experience in agile environments Spring framework, ES6, SaaS product development experience Compensation Base salary: $150,000 - $300,000, depending on experience and location Veeva’s headquarters is in the San Francisco Bay Area with offices worldwide.
