As we expand our engineering team, we’re looking for a senior-level full stack engineer to help drive architecture decisions and build systems that are scalable, secure, and built to last. Principal Software Engineer, Full Stack (Full-Time) Location: In-Office San Francisco 5 days a week (near Giants Stadium) Compensation : 180k-220k base + Equity + Benefits Preferences : Previously worked at a Startup, Strong CS College Degree Preferences: Candidate ideally graduated from one of the top 20 Computer Science colleges Full-time ONLY - no C2C candidates please Responsibilities: Architect, build, and maintain modern web applications and APIs that manage large-scale data ingestion and transformation Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver impactful features Optimize application performance, ensure system reliability, and scale infrastructure Write well-tested, maintainable code across the stack using modern tools and frameworks Lead technical evaluations, recommend new technologies, and help define engineering standards\ Prioritize security and compliance throughout the application lifecycle Mentor engineers and help foster a high-performance, collaborative culture Required Qualifications: 8+ years of experience building and scaling full stack application Deep understanding of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL), cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and DevOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring, automation Strong architectural skills and experience designing scalable, modular system Familiarity with security best practices and handling of sensitive data Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
