Principal RF Engineer Seeking a highly technical, motivated, and experienced Engineer for RF component development and design and RF circuit design support, specifically with expertise in component, circuit and system design for Receivers and Transmitters in High Reliability Aerospace and Defense applications.

Responsibilities

Responsible for planning, product development, analysis, simulation, characterization, verification, documentation, support, and release to production of RF component devices and front-end modules for wireless Defense and Space applications. Contribute to defining and prioritizing our product roadmap and resulting engineering by interfacing with customers as well as business development, sales channels, and marketing. Assess product lines for technical capability to utilize in high-reliability markets, defining specifications, bench testing and characterization, packaging review, validation and verification, product optimization, and product release with support for production and manufacturing. Able to schedule, manage and execute a project to meet deadlines and communicate program and technical goals to management and customers. Required Experience and Skills

• BSEE required with 10+ years of experience in RF product development and design

• Excellent communication skills

• Demonstrated leadership skills

• Excellent organization and supervisory skills
