Core Responsibilities:

• Design and execute stability protocols for continued product excellence
• Craft and apply process validation for quality assurance
• Conduct thorough quality tests to enhance production quality
• Maintain high efficiency standards
• Inspect materials upon arrival for quality assurance
• Formulate and enact corrective actions
• Lead insightful Monthly Quality Meetings with data-driven discussions for enhancements
• Guarantee accurate equipment calibration working with the Gage Technician
• Document and rectify nonconformities strategically
• Ensure proper documentation and safeguard protocols
• Secure seamless product traceability and identification

Required Expertise:

• 8-10 years of industry experience
• Proficient in English
• In-depth experience with manufacturing tools and methods
• Exemplary communicative capabilities
• SPC and ISO-TS training are mandatory
• 5 years minimum in automotive experience
• Computer proficiency in Excel, Word, Photoshop
