An award-winning design firm is seeking a Principal-level Mechanical Engineer to drive its Healthcare Engineering practice in Northern California. This is a client-facing leadership role that combines technical excellence with business strategy. You'll help grow the healthcare market presence, shape design standards, and lead high-impact projects that prioritize innovation, sustainability, and integrated design.
