The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding their cutting-edge FinTech and data platform, driving advancements in financial health, identity services and inclusive decision-making for both individuals and businesses.

Responsibilities Drive the design and development of advanced back-end services, data platforms and AI/ML models that serve millions of users.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering managers, product owners and designers.
Offer technical leadership, mentorship and support the professional growth of engineering team members.
Lead project planning and execution while fostering team expansion through recruiting and onboarding efforts.
Champion and uphold the company’s culture and commitment to operational excellence.
Skillset Master’s degree in Computer Science or similar, with a minimum of 10 years of engineering experience.
Proven expertise in back-end development, microservices, API-driven and event-driven architectures and data platform engineering.
Strong proficiency with AWS services such as DynamoDB, ECS/EKS, RDS, S3, SNS/SQS and Lambda.
In-depth knowledge of credit reporting, lending, banking, payments, identity or other financial services domains.
Advanced programming skills in Go, Python, C++ or Java.
Hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases, microservices and event-driven system designs.
Competence in building and deploying machine learning models, with a solid understanding of ML concepts.
Familiarity with ETL/ELT tools like Airflow, Dagster, Prefect, and cloud data warehousing with Snowflake.
Demonstrated leadership in product and business strategy, including roadmap planning and successful delivery.
Excellent communication skills, able to effectively connect technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Benefits Salary: $200,000 - $220,000.
