Your responsibilities include: Conducting comprehensive maintenance operations by diagnosing, dismantling, and repairing equipment. Procuring and managing repair parts and materials efficiently. Operating metalworking machinery such as lathes and grinders, and occasionally performing welding tasks. Focusing on continuous improvement, maintaining cleanliness and order through 5S principles. Reviewing equipment performance data with predictive maintenance tools. Offering mentorship to newer technicians while advancing your professional skills through training programs. Staying vigilant of safety regulations, contributing to a secure work atmosphere. The Ideal Candidate will have: A high school diploma or equivalent. Either an Associate’s Degree with technical concentration and 3 years of industry experience or comprehensive experience of 5 years. Proficient knowledge of electrical, fluid, control, and mechanical systems. Capability to employ various tools adeptly for diverse tasks. Willingness to travel occasionally as required. Physical and Environmental Demands: This role involves significant physical activity, including standing, walking, and potentially working in a loud, hazardous factory environment with exposure to various conditions and materials.
