Job Description
As a Principal Electrical Engineer here at Honeywell, you will be a key contributor to the design and development of cutting-edge electrical solutions. You will be part of our R&D organization and you will work out of our Mason, OH location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, your expertise in electrical design and development will contribute to the creation of cutting-edge products and solutions that meet the needs of our customers. By leading and driving the electrical design process, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality and reliable electrical systems, components, and assemblies.
Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and define electrical requirements and specifications will enable seamless integration with other components and systems, enhancing the overall performance and functionality of our products. Key Responsibilities
Lead and drive the electrical design process, from concept to production
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define electrical requirements and specifications
Design and develop complex electrical systems, components, and assemblies
Perform electrical analysis and simulations to ensure product performance and reliability
Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
Required experience in new product development & domain
Ability to analyze and solve complex and challenging problems
Effectively operate in a matrix organization
Experience of working in global teams across time zones
Track record of successful contribution to products & projects
