Requirements: Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited university Demonstrated 3+ years of work experience in the area of spark ignition engine controls and calibration Strong familiarities related to engine system development including related technologies and subsystems such as combustion, valvetrain, fuel system, boost systems, EGR systems, aftertreatment systems, controls and its algorithm including diagnostics Feature calibration experience with exposure to optimizing driveability, emissions, and fuel economy Experience in launching applications meeting US based Client/ACCII standards and regulations as well as ROW markets including (Enlarged Europe, APAC, LATAM) Data acquisition experience collecting and processing data providing meaningful summaries and next steps Good teamwork skills and ability to work independently Effective communication skills and able to create and present information in a clear and concise manner to colleagues and management

Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited university Demonstrated 1+ years of experience in leading product applications conforming to US based Client/ACCII standards and regulations as well as ROW markets (Enlarged Europe, Asian Pacific, South America) DFSS green belt or higher Execution of Problem solving techniques (RedX, Six Sigma, 3L5W, Kaizen, 5S)
