In this position...

You'll have... 5+ years of experience with power electronics design (component selection, schematic design, and layout design) In depth knowledge of power electronics fundamentals and hardware development of power converters In depth knowledge of layout practices for signal integrity, testability, and manufacturability In depth knowledge of magnetics design for power electronics converters Adequate knowledge of circuit simulation software (Simulink, LTSPICE, PLECS Hands-on experience with lab equipment (oscilloscope, impedance analyzer, , hardware bring-up and hardware troubleshooting BS, MS, or PhD degree in electronics engineering Even better, you may have… Experience with high-frequency electromagnetics FEA simulation Experience with safety-critical automotive hardware development Familiarity with DFMEA Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements for power electronics products You may not check every box, or your experience may look a little different from what we've outlined, but if you think you can bring value to Ford Motor Company, we encourage you to apply!
