Responsibilities include: Working with our Customer Engineering Team to recreate and resolve configuration-specific issues and compatibility questions with our workstation products Assisting our system architects in the design elements of future generation workstations Debugging of complex problems and issues related to our designs Evaluating new proof-of-concept solutions for feasibility Providing feedback and engineering support to other departments requiring technical information about our products Basic Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering/Science, or equivalent Results oriented in a fast-paced environment Ability to multi-task Excellent written and communication skills, and ability to articulate findings to others inside/outside of Lenovo Positive professional attitude with flexibility Preferred Requirements: Understand of the modern PC architecture, and experience assembling/dissembling PCs Familiarity with common operating systems in use today (Windows, key Linux variants) Hardware/Software debugging skills (ability to use scopes/probes/analyzers, kernel debuggers, etc.) #J-18808-Ljbffr
