Plasma Applications Engineer

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field, plus 24 months of experience in Engineering.
Of the required experience, must have 24 months in:
■ developing multi-physics simulation software
■ Simulation Engineer work experience
12 months in:
■ conducting product training and technical support of CAE solutions for internal or external customers
and 12 months of experience in 2 or more of the following (which may be gained concurrently):
■ non-equilibrium plasmas
■ hybrid flow particles
■ thermal arcs
■ reactor modeling
and 12 months of experience in 2 or more of the following data analysis and programming languages (which may be gained concurrently):
■ C++
■ MATLAB
■ Python
■ JMP
Experience may be gained while in graduate school.
