Support PKI systems infrastructure, hardware and software, including analysis, planning, design, development, implementation, provisioning, upgrade and day- to-day operations Maintain PKI and Digital Certificate documentation Work with project teams requiring PKI assistance, ensuring adherence to existing security policies and standards. As workload permits, support other security systems under the scope of the Security Operations team, which may include Firewall, proxy, VPN, and/or endpoint security platforms. Work with partner teams and vendors to manage day-to-day operations and reliability of the data center systems Participate in an on-call rotation to support the global infrastructure 24x7 Build, scale, and secure RCCL’s corporate infrastructure, focusing specifically on virtual and cloud environments. Combine open-source and commercial technologies to build services that will have an impact on the business Work in a heterogeneous environment containing diverse operating systems and applications, and make them work well together Find ways to leverage the scale and complexity of the larger RCCL’s infrastructure to solve problems for Enterprise customers Be the final escalation point for issues related to Enterprise systems Produce systems that are scalable, automated, and well-documented, and train others to take on operations.
