What can you expect during training? Comprehensive on-the-job training for Service Professionals typically takes 3-4 weeks. Training includes: Conduct proper home inspections including crawl spaces and attics. Correct pest control problems by applying product, baiting, and monitoring. Pest identification. Product and label knowledge. Effective communication skills. Customer service training. Route management. Time management. Online training.
