As a Sr. Systems Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in managing the configuration and access of Enterprise Management tools across the customer's infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include:
Monitoring enterprise systems for faults and performance issues using industry-standard tools
Recommending and supporting network and system enhancements to improve operational performance
Participating in cross-functional meetings with customers, contractors, and vendors
Designing and implementing changes to the system architecture that align with enterprise management needs
Working hands-on with routers, switches, storage networks, and security tools across both UNIX and Windows environments
Supporting integration of event and incident ticketing systems and email-based alerts
Leading and mentoring junior staff or providing oversight on team deliverables
Collaborating on special projects as identified by the customer
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree + 8 years of relevant experience OR
Associate's Degree + 10 years of relevant experience OR
8+ years of direct systems engineering experience
Active TS/SCI Clearance (CI Poly eligibility required)
Operational knowledge of ServiceNow
Experience working within the Intelligence Community (IC)
DoD 8140 (IAT Level I) certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
Security+ CE certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
Preferred Skills & Attributes:
Strong background in enterprise infrastructure and monitoring tools
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Effective communicator, both written and verbal
Self-starter who works well independently or in a team
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and remote support best practices
Prior experience in customer-facing technical support roles is a plus
