Summary: Seeking an NPI Test Development Engineer to develop innovative testing processes and equipment for new products within the NPI Manufacturing Engineering team.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering 5+ years experience as a production test engineer or similar role Experience with production end-of-line testing and building testing equipment Strong knowledge of industrial communications protocols Familiarity with capital equipment and production testing processes Proficiency in database management Experience with helium leak testing

Preferred Skills: Knowledge of modular design principles

Responsibilities: Develop and implement testing processes and equipment for new products Contribute to capital equipment planning Own planning, quoting, procurement, and qualification of new testing equipment Integrate Design for Test principles into new products Collaborate with production controls engineering team on new testers Maintain databases to track testing results and equipment performance Develop helium leak testing for complex hydraulic electro-mechanical systems

Pay Details: $105,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
