Perform Day to Day troubleshooting pertaining to Network Data and Security (Incidents, Service Requests, Change Requests) Generate Monthly and Quarterly Firewall Audit and Network Capacity Management Reports Timely response on break fix and help in resolving all the incidents, service request and changes Plan and review all the Network Change Requests Bring the Service Improvement plan on the Operation Tasks Configure Internet-connected devices, firewalls, S2S VPN and Remote access vpn.
