Follow us at - https://www.linkedin.com/company/altagrove What you will do : Lead the support and installation of wireless network systems, including shipboard Wi-Fi, ensuring reliable and high-performance connectivity. Support the design, configuration, and maintenance of Aruba wireless and wired network solutions. Maintain network hardware including routers, switches, VPNs, and firewalls, ensuring security and optimal performance. Perform site surveys for IP hardware installation, cable patching, and network integration at customer facilities. Troubleshoot network issues, perform regular maintenance, and implement disaster recovery procedures. Create detailed documentation of network configurations and topologies. Support network design, configuration, and implementation for corporate, government, and data center environments. Provide technical support, problem resolution, and industry best practice recommendations to internal and external customers. Lead projects, develop engineering standards, and mentor team members. What you will bring : Proficiency with Cisco routers and switches, BGP, OSPF, MPLS/VPNs, and Aruba network solutions. Experience with LAN/WAN infrastructure, QoS, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewall configuration, and wireless technologies. Knowledge of network management systems and cloud environments (AWS, Azure). Understanding of SDN, SD-WAN, and network security best practices. Must possess a Secret security clearance with Top Secret eligibility. CCNA required; CCNP preferred. 5+ years of DoD network experience desired. US Citizenship is mandatory.
