Our Network Engineer will be report directly to the SVP, Network Operations and will be working with all departments across IPM. They will be a key player in the daily functionality of our team and assist with: In-depth knowledge of BGP, OSPF, VRRP, VLAN, IPSEC. Ability to manage medium to large sized, moderately to highly complex network projects. Working knowledge of EDI / Disaster Recovery concepts and applications. In-depth knowledge of Fortigate and Sonicwall firewalls. In-depth knowledge of Fortimanager In-depth knowledge of ArubaOS-CX and Aruba Instant-On switches Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor. Previous MSP experience. Ability to collaborate with other teams and departments within the organization. Ability to work with outside vendors and telecommunications carriers. Ability to effectively communicate highly technical concepts and solutions to audiences of widely varying skill levels. Understanding of network access methods including but not limited to Cellular, Wired/Wireless, Cable, DSL, T1, and Metro Ethernet. Excellent analytical, problem solving, and root cause analysis skills. Detail oriented, organized, and the ability to prioritize workload efficiently. Cisco CCNA, CCNP (preferred). Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience in a hands-on role providing network engineering and support.
