Responsibilities Design and manage the organization's network infrastructure for high availability and performance. Perform monitoring, troubleshooting, and vulnerability assessments to maintain security and robustness. Collaborate with IT teams to streamline operations and resolve technical issues. Provide second- and third-level support for infrastructure issues, ensuring timely resolutions. Conduct root cause analysis and maintain documentation for incidents and projects. Manage and improve network security protocols according to industry standards. Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance network capabilities. Prepare reports on network performance and incident resolution for executive review. Support initiatives for network reliability and scalability improvements.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience. Minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience in network administration. Professional experience with Cisco routers, Palo Alto firewalls, and Citrix technologies. Proficiency in BGP and Cisco ASA. Strong understanding of Cisco networking and related technologies. Industry certifications are a plus.
