NETWORK ENGINEER- "TEAMS ENTERPRISE VOICE"

HYBRID - 2 days a week ONSITE is a MUST

$75-$90/HR

6+ month contract

Responsibilities include:

Maintain a Teams Azure environment

Manage and maintain the mobile device fleet within the organization

Ensure proper configuration and security settings for mobile devices

Maintain and manage Audio codes and Ribbon Client/SBA gateways

Maintain and Monitor SIP Trunk circuits

Maintain Fax servers

Identify and Resolve complex problems, both within a team and individually, with a focus on root cause analysis and increasing stability.

REQUIRED:

6+ years experience in IT , with 3 years Teams Enterprise Voice

Knowledge of Client Intune for MDM

TDM and VoIP technologies

Telecom circuit installation and troubleshooting (SIP,E-fax , PRI, T1, analog)

Teams with Voice

Enterprise Voice Call Routing

Teams Conferencing

E911

Client, SBA, gateways, and SIP trunks

DID number management

Teams Dial Plans

Response Groups and Auto Attendants

troubleshooting voice related network and carrier issues

Experience enrolling and unenrolling mobile devices

Preferred:

Polycom Real Presence, Polycom VVX phones, U-link and UDM

Cisco Routing and Switching

Azure
