Ford Performance is looking for an experienced, talented, and highly motivated Electrified Powertrain Systems Engineer to join our Global Motorsports department, located in Allen Park, Michigan. The individual will be responsible for leading the HV Hardware Architecture within Ford Performance’s Electrified Motorsports vehicles.

You'll have... Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering 2+ years of experience related to electrified vehicle powertrain systems development. 2+ years of experience in HV EDS design (fusing, bussing, contactor selection, creepage/clearance, . Knowledge of HV EDS testing methods. Strong communication and organizational skills. Strong team player, ability to work with multiple suppliers, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with high responsibility. Possess a competitive spirit, and interest in professional motorsports. International and Domestic travel may be required.
