Job Responsibilities:
Designs tools and services within a technical domain to enable business strategies, ensuring compliance with architectural standards and policies.
Creates infrastructure tools and integrates them as services, developing templates, playbooks, and automation for deployment.
Identifies opportunities to improve efficiency in implementing and maintaining tools/services, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Provides expertise on various technologies, assisting technical teams to ensure solutions adhere to standards.
Translates business requirements into technical definitions, reference models, and deployment blueprints.
Evaluates reference models, blueprints, and playbooks for suitability.
Develops software solutions to automate manual or inefficient processes.
Evaluates third-party products for potential adoption.
Promotes an inclusive and healthy work environment, resolving organizational impediments.
Contributes to defining product evaluation requirements across domains.
Managerial Responsibilities:
Creates an inclusive team environment, ensuring fair and respectful treatment.
Demonstrates process knowledge, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement.
Communicates effectively to motivate and connect contributions to business results.
Leads risk identification, escalation, and resolution.
Develops team members through coaching and feedback.

Required Qualifications:
IT professional with 5-7 years of experience.
Experience with Middleware products like Apache, J2EE, Java, JBoss, WebSphere, Tomcat.
Linux operating system knowledge.
Java and container framework expertise.
Scripting skills in shell, Python, Perl.
Understanding of network infrastructure (HTTP/S, TCP/IP, TLS, DNS, load balancers, firewalls, proxies, B2B links).
Experience with deployment tools such as Ansible, XLR, BitBucket.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with Bank of America systems is a plus.
Knowledge of WebSphere Extreme Scale, BPM Middleware Administration.
DevOps experience.
Experience with products like BMC Truesight, Harman mDeliver, Terraform.

Pay Transparency details:
Salary range: $104,200 - $155,100 annually, based on experience, education, and skills. Discretionary incentive eligible. Benefits are provided, including paid time off and resources to support employee well-being.
