Key tasks include attending meetings, preparing construction documents, responding to RFIs, and ensuring projects are completed on time and under budget.
Responsibilities
Manage projects for educational and public facilities from inception to completion.
Lead a team of 2-3 individuals in executing project tasks.
Attend meetings to discuss project progress and requirements.
Prepare detailed construction documents.
Respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) promptly.
Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Essential Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
5-8 years of experience in mechanical building design.
Proficiency in project management.
Experience with AutoCAD.
US citizenship due to contractual requirements.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with Revit is advantageous.
Work Environment
This position is based in Towson, MD and requires working in the office five days a week. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48.49 - $60.87/hr.
