Job Summary

Join our collaborative engineering team as a Mechanical Engineer, where you’ll play a key role in the end-to-end development of cutting-edge cooling systems. From concept to post-sale support, you'll contribute to the design, documentation, and continuous improvement of products and components. You'll also provide cross-functional support and ensure compliance with ISO standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop new products and components in a hands-on, collaborative environment
  • Create and maintain detailed fabrication drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and assembly instructions
  • Develop product submittals based on customer applications and site-specific requirements
  • Manage the product library across all lifecycle phases: R&D, Commercialization, Release, and Obsolescence
  • Improve existing product designs for enhanced performance, reliability, serviceability, and manufacturability
  • Support Service, Installation, and Applications teams with technical questions and troubleshooting
  • Travel occasionally to supplier and customer sites to support development and deployment
Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, or a minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience
  • 3+ years of experience in mechanical design, drafting, and GD&T application
  • Expert-level proficiency with SolidWorks and SolidWorks PDM
  • Experience supporting a manufacturing product line from design through production
  • Demonstrated focus on designing for manufacturability and serviceability
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Skilled in problem-solving, technical writing, and statistical analysis
  • Knowledge of refrigerants, refrigeration components, and/or equipment cooling systems is a strong plus
