Lead and implement design modifications to improve product performance, reduce cost, or address quality issues.

Collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams to resolve production challenges and improve yield.

Analyze field performance data and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.

Support regulatory compliance and documentation updates for existing products.

Participate in cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Maintain and update technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and test procedures.

Provides qualifications for new/alternate vendors, components, and tooling.

Assists in validation of foreign-sourced competitive products.

Defines critical-to-quality dimensions and features of components and products.

What you need: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (required).

Zero to Five or more years of related experience.

CAD software experience is a plus

Ability to travel up to 10%
