RESPONSIBILITIES

: Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of products. Develop best practices, workflows, and standard operating procedures for simulation activities. Collaborate with design, R&D, manufacturing, and testing teams to support product development and validation. Technical Oversight: Ensure the accuracy and quality of mechanical simulations and structural analysis. Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to improve manufacturing processes, product quality, and operational efficiency. Collaboration: Work closely with product line management, sales, and other departments to support new product introductions and strategic initiatives. Safety and Quality: Promote a culture of safety and quality within the team, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Customer Focus: Liaise with customers to understand their requirements and provide technical support as needed. QUALIFICATIONS: Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; Higher level degree preferred. 10+ years of experience in a similar role Familiarity with product development lifecycle and systems engineering. Strong understanding of hardware components and their applications in electronics manufacturing. Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of innovation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. Experience with mechanical simulations, structural analysis, and Finite Element Analysis. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to hardware components.
