Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

* Engineer mature products as assigned. * Participate in new product development programs. * Manage new products to AQP (Advanced Quality Planning) goals and disciplines (e.g., APQP, FMEAs). * Develop new product designs and drafting to meet growth objectives. * Conduct and coordinate product reliability testing to meet industry standards. * Evaluate new products and components to ensure design requirements are met. * Assist in establishing material specifications and requirements. * Assist in marketing and quality control with customer contact. * Work with customers to initiate new products. * Provide design and development support.

Required Skills and Education:

* Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in product or system development. * Proficiency in 3D SolidWorks and 2D drafting. * Experience in design, development, validation testing, and production launch of new innovative products. * Ability to design and develop test stands and fixtures. * Strong technical writing skills for specifications and reports. * Understanding of quality systems and statistics. * Experience in valve design is desirable.
