Work model:
On-Site 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM What you will do: Develop complex layouts and manage engineering contracted and presale projects Coordinate and oversee equipment requirements for large-scale projects Guide and mentor junior engineers on project tasks, ensuring all project requirements are met Evaluate and optimize engineering designs to enhance efficiency and safety Work closely with production staff to ensure seamless implementation of designs on the manufacturing floor Engage in hands-on tasks, such as assembling and testing prototypes, using tools like wrenches and other equipment to validate engineering concepts What you will need to be successful: 3-5 years of experience as a Project Engineer, Industrial Project Engineer, or Design Engineer Ability to independently manage tasks Proven track record of contributing to significant improvements in a manufacturing facility High proficiency in SolidWorks Familiarity with continuous improvement practices and 5S methodology Benefits overview: Vision, dental, and health insurance 401k PTO Interested and qualified candidates can contact Jordan Dougherty at (515) 225-7000 or email jdougherty@thepalmergroup.com.
