As a Manufacturing Process Engineer, you'll lead technical transfers, troubleshoot manufacturing challenges, and develop scalable, efficient processes that support product success from lab to production. Required Skills
•Education & Experience:
o Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or a closely related field (required)
o 1-3 years of process engineering experience in personal care, pharmaceutical, or CPG manufacturing (preferred)
•Skills & Competencies:
o Strong understanding of GMP regulations and manufacturing operations
o Demonstrated experience in process troubleshooting and continuous improvement
o Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
o Ability to influence and lead change on the production floor
o Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
o Strong team player with a proactive, hands-on approach
