As a Manufacturing Process Engineer, you’ll lead technical transfers, troubleshoot manufacturing challenges, and develop scalable, efficient processes that support product success from lab to production. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and operational efficiency across our facilities.

    • Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00
    • Bonus: Exempt employees are eligible for a bonus in accordance with Accupac’s Bonus Plan.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead technical transfer projects for new and existing personal care and healthcare products
  • Scale batching processes from lab or pilot scale to commercial production
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing issues using root cause analysis, data, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Develop and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reflect current best practices
  • Work directly with customers to develop efficient, high-yield manufacturing processes
  • Evaluate product stability and process performance against project milestones
  • Collaborate with Project Management to ensure technical activities align with delivery timelines
  • Recommend equipment, parts, and tooling needed to support new product introductions
  • Conduct investigations and develop Corrective and Preventative Action (CAPA) plans
  • Train manufacturing operators on new processes and batch requirements
  • Support process improvement initiatives to reduce cost, increase throughput, and ensure product quality
  • Maintain compliance with FDA GMP standards and support audit readiness

What We’re Looking For:

· Education & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or a closely related field (required)
    • 1–3 years of process engineering experience in personal care, pharmaceutical, or CPG manufacturing (preferred)

· Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong understanding of GMP regulations and manufacturing operations
    • Demonstrated experience in process troubleshooting and continuous improvement
    • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
    • Ability to influence and lead change on the production floor
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
    • Strong team player with a proactive, hands-on approach
  • Physical Requirements
    • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and work on concrete floors for extended periods
    • Comfortable wearing a half-face respirator
    • Capable of climbing stairs with equipment, pushing/pulling weights up to 50 lbs, and balancing at heights of up to 20 feet
    • Able to pass a pulmonary function test (PFT) and physical exam
    • Able to perform repetitive motions and sustain physical activity for at least 1 hour
    • Must have color and peripheral vision, and be able to hear phones ring and alarms sound through ambient noise and everyday conversation
