Job Description The Manufacturing Engineer at Elve will be responsible for developing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, and safety. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify process bottlenecks and implement effective solutions. This role will include a variety of tasks such as conducting root cause analyses, participating in design reviews, and optimizing production workflows. You will also play a key role in developing manufacturing documentation, training staff on new processes, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Work Environment May include some or all of the following environments: Manufacturing Facility Cleanroom Laboratory Office Requirements Must have: Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field Proven experience as a Manufacturing Engineer or in a similar role Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, tools, and techniques Hands-on experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, FMEA) Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Good to have: Experience in RF or high-tech manufacturing environments Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles Familiarity with process improvement methodologies Experience with statistical process control (SPC) Minimum Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or related field Experience with production documentation and process analysis Ability to lift 50 lbs and engage in physical manufacturing activities as required To conform to U.S. Government technology export regulations, including Export Administration Regulations (EAR), to work in this role you must be one of the following: a U.S. citizen, a lawful permanent resident of the U.S., a protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
