Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the engineering department supporting production optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer Location: Eden Prairie, MN Pay Range:  $20- $25 p/h w-2 Duration : 12 month contract What's the Job? Work with moderate direction to identify and resolve engineering issues related to manufacturing processes. Examine equipment, processes, operations, and assembly to determine necessary time or quality revisions and suggest improvements. Perform engineering work related to planning and adapting methods to enhance manufacturing production. Carry out changes or monitor operations standards to ensure compliance and efficiency. Develop and implement inspection and test methods to maintain quality assurance. What's Needed? A degree in Engineering or a related field. Experience in manufacturing engineering or a similar role.
