Our busy client located just outside Keene, NH is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team!

Your qualifications for the Manufacturing Engineer are as follows:

Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering 5-7+ years recent/relevant manufacturing experience CNC experience preferred Solid computer skills; Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/MRP system Proficient in CAD, CAD/CAM, Master CAM Solid understanding of materials and manufacturing processes/equipment Professional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing and 5S principles Understanding of quality management

As the Manufacturing Engineer your duties will include:

Evaluate manufacturing methods and products to identify opportunities for improvement Follow product specifications and identify process/tools necessary to meet manufacturing goals Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed Develop training manuals/procedures Collaborate with others to evaluate manufacturing methods Monitor product flow and increase throughput from order entry to shipping Design tooling/gaging fixtures Implement Lean and 5S techniques Determine cost savings and safety initiatives Lead corrective action activities Participate in continuous learning opportunities to maintain current technical knowledge
