A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Manufacturing Engineer.
Position Type: Full-Time Contract
Duration: 6 months
Location: Mascoutah, IL
Shift: 3rd Shift (10:30 PM to 7:00 AM)
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will: Lead Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) in analyzing product development, complex producibility studies and production/tooling philosophies.
Refine, validate, coordinate, and implement conceptual designs and manages the program architecture for build.
Develop manufacturing plans and oversee plan optimization.
Conduct complex producibility and variation analyses to ensure that manufacturing process capability matches requirements.
Resolve complex technical problems.
Serve as a project manager to ensure that contract requirements, specifications, design criteria and schedule performance are integrated and maintained.
Lead advanced design solutions and supports research of new product or business opportunities.
Deploy company Lean Enterprise analysis methods.
Document and communicate producibility best practices.
Provides guidance to others through structured mentoring.
The ideal candidate will have: Build material management experience
Work instruction creation experience
Education / Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: Between $70 to $75 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
