Roles & Responsibilities: Manufacturing Expert with good process knowledge. Work closely with R&D team and define the manufacturing process that more suites for the process for the NPI programs. Come up with cost optimization ideation and ease the manufacturing process. Guide the R&D team wherever required in the manufacturing operations. Evaluate and improve manufacturing methods for maximum operation efficiency. Design new products and processes. Ensure cost-efficiency and conformance with regulatory standards. Good interpersonal skills.
