WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: Contribute to a culture of accountability and continuous improvement by leading initiatives that embrace change and drive measurable business impact.
Develop and execute an annual continuous improvement plan in partnership with site leadership, aligning with strategic goals.
Facilitate lean-focused events to enhance operational efficiency and financial performance, including 5S, TPM, and Value Stream Mapping.
Provide hands-on coaching and expertise in equipment effectiveness, automation, and productivity improvements, including support for site quality initiatives.
Build and share performance metrics (daily, weekly, monthly) across functions, collaborating with teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Promote inclusive employee engagement through the Ideas Program and development of floor-level CI leaders, fostering a culture of innovation and ownership.
Lead CI training across all levels of the organization, ensuring accessible learning and ongoing development in methodologies such as Six Sigma.
Coordinate Gemba walks and cross-site interactions to identify and apply effective processes, using internal and external resources for continuous improvement.
YOU HAVE: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or related field strongly preferred.
3+ experience in a manufacturing setting with extensive project management and continuous improvement experience required.
Knowledge of and ability to facilitate lean manufacturing processes activities on: 5S, Standard Work, Project Management strongly preferred.
Proven ability to collaborate across all organizational levels—from manufacturing floor employees to senior leadership—while managing cross-functional projects and site visits. Strong attention to detail with a track record of on-time project completion.

Pay Transparency
nVent’s pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee’s work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.
Compensation Range: $62,900.00 - $116,900.00 Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
