Collaborative, family-oriented work culture Manufacturing Engineer I Requirements & Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in a machine shop or similar manufacturing environment
Hands-on CNC experience; programming experience preferred but not required
Experience with metal cutting tools, holders, fixtures, and workholding
Ability to work across multiple machine types including lathes, machining centers, Swiss-type lathes, and manual equipment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Must be a team player willing to flex to help across a 5-person department
Valid driver’s license Manufacturing Engineer I Preferred Background & Skills: 2+ years of CNC programming experience, preferably using Espirit CAD/CAM
SolidWorks experience for designing custom workholding solutions
Familiarity with inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, bore gages, CMM, and Optical Comparator
Experience supporting machinists during setup and troubleshooting CNC programs
Continuous improvement mindset, with experience in cycle time reduction and process optimization #post
