Role Competencies Deep Technical Expertise in Mechanical Engineering. Ability to apply advanced knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, materials, and systems to analyze and optimize manufacturing processes and equipment. Technical Design. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and interpreting technical drawings. Lean Manufacturing & Process Improvement. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies. Expertise in optimizing production processes for efficiency, quality, and cost reduction. Problem Solving.
