This team is working from the ground up to tackle this challenge, and has the immediate opportunity for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer with electro-mechanical experience and expertise to join the team and make a difference in this critical fight. What You'll Do Lead the development and optimization of manufacturing processes for electro-mechanical medical devices and catheters Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, and Regulatory to ensure scalable, compliant production Drive process improvements using DOE, SPC, Gage R&R, and root cause analysis tools Develop and validate tools, fixtures, and test methods; author and execute V&V protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ) What We're Looking For 2–4+ years of experience in medical device manufacturing or process engineering Background in mechanical or biomedical engineering, with hands-on experience in fixture/tool design and GD&T Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple project Bonus: Experience with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite), electro-mechanical systems, and regulatory standards (ISO 13485, FDA QSR, EU MDR)
