What Youll Be Doing: Leading machine upgrades, process improvements, and capital project implementation Overseeing modification, adjustment, removal, and installation of new or existing equipment Recommending and implementing capital equipment or process modifications Providing technical training to production teams and supporting continuous improvement initiatives Coordinating with vendors, engineering teams, and plant staff to ensure project success What Were Looking For: Bachelors degree in Engineering 3+ years in a high-speed manufacturing environment Hands-on experience with synchronous and asynchronous assembly systems, cam-operated machinery, pneumatic and servo-controlled equipment, Proficiency in AutoCAD.
