**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. - 2-5 years of manual software testing experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry. - Experience testing web-based and/or desktop applications in Agile or Waterfall settings. - Proficient in test management tools like HP ALM, TestRail, or Quality Center. - Familiar with defect tracking tools such as Jira or Bugzilla. - Basic SQL knowledge for data validation. - Understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies, including functional and regression testing. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration. - Ability to manage time effectively in fast-paced environments. - Team-oriented with a proactive learning approach. - ISTQB Foundation Level or similar QA certification is preferred.
