What You’ll Do

• Build foundational ML models and APIs that drive credit decisions for next-gen fintech products
• Own the end-to-end ML lifecycle: research, experimentation, data labeling, training, deployment, and iteration
• Collaborate with a world-class technical team passionate about financial inclusion and impact

What We’re Looking For

• Strong Python skills and experience with ML frameworks like Scikit-learn and XGBoost
• Full-stack ML mindset, from prototyping to production deployment
• Bonus: familiarity with AWS, Postgres, Snowflake, Kafka, or MLOps tools

Compensation

• Competitive base: $150 – $250K
• Generous equity in a high-growth, venture-backed company
