KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop, train, and deploy high-performance computer vision models for our warehouse picking stations. Serve as a key technical point of contact for our teams in Norway, helping to integrate AI/ML solutions into our products. Implement and refine ML models for projects including robot routing and analytics platforms. Take ownership of assigned projects, ensuring timely execution from initial concept through to deployment. Maintain clear communication on project status and technical findings with stakeholders, including your manager in a different time zone and global Research and Development organization.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. 3+ years of professional experience building and deploying machine learning systems. Strong experience in Computer Vision, Python, SQL, and a major deep learning framework (PyTorch or TensorFlow). Proven experience using a cloud environment (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for model training or deployment. Experience with the engineering best practices required to build and maintain production-level ML systems. Ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment. Familiarity with broader machine learning concepts or quantitative databases is a plus. Proficiency in English is a requirement.
