ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time. 1. Configuring and optimizing Microsoft 365 Viva and Copilot integrations.
2. Collaborate with the product manager to deliver secure, scalable, and intelligent solutions aligned with the Truist Digital workplace strategy.
3. Design and implement Copilot-based solutions using Microsoft Graph, Azure OpenAI, and M365 APIs.
4. Provides technical consultation on extremely challenging situations.
5. Collaborate with the product manager to translate business needs into Copilot and Viva use cases and prompt engineering strategies.
6. Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and risk policies.
7. Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues and optimize Copilot workflows.
8. Design and automate data analysis and reporting for stakeholder business decisions.
9. Contribute to the development of reusable prompt libraries and automation frameworks.
10. Stay current with emerging AI technologies and Microsoft roadmap updates.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree and eight years of experience in development or production support or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
2. Deep specialized and/or broad functional knowledge.
3. Sound understanding of business and organizational strategies and processes.
4. Ability to interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices.
5. Ability to lead complex projects.
6. Sophisticated analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical and business problems.
7. Ability to influence others at senior levels to adopt a new perspective.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience supporting AI/ML workloads or M365 platform.
2. Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, etc.)
3. Excellent Communication skills
4. Banking or financial services experience.
