Responsibilities: Develop, refine, and maintain knowledge management repositories to promote safe and efficient data center logistics operations. Manage version control within documentation and ensure the most up-to-date process documentation is circulated. Communicate effectively across regions and stakeholders to gather inputs for training and documentation. Identify process gaps, engineer processes, and distribute them across data center regions. Lead team activities, set priorities, schedule and track work, and ensure resource availability. Review logistics performance against targets and benchmarks. Report on project plans, progress, and results. Provide project management services, including data analysis. Collaborate with headquarters and regional teams to identify training gaps and opportunities. Implement logistics training programs with regional and cross-functional stakeholders. Telecommuting is permitted from anywhere in the U.S. Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Industrial Engineering, Management, Logistics Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field, with 24 months of relevant experience. Experience involving: Learning and development in logistics, retail, or supply chain industries. Knowledge of ERP, WMS, TMS, MS Office, and supply chain tools. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration. Ability to work independently and in teams across multiple functions. Background in Supply Chain, Business Management, Engineering, or Operations Research. Ability to operate in a high-growth environment, deal with ambiguity, and solve problems with limited oversight. Proven interest and experience in process improvement and gap analysis.
